Products description
GarnStories Merino Linen Singles is a single-ply, fingering weight yarn hand-painted with love and passion.
This yarn is a soft blend of superwash Merino and Linen with a beautiful drape and a rustic appeal. It's excellent for many projects in fingering weight, accessories, and garments.
Here are some pattern ideas with our Merino Linen Singles: Dingley Dell or Jakers by Isabel Kraemer, Trelawny Top by Tamy Gore, Kuutar Top or Kuutar Tee by Sari Nordlund, Moor by Eri Shimizu, Shawlography or Aurora Cabin Shawl by Westknits, LiLa by AnkeStrick, Exhale by Unwind Knitwear, Joni by Natasja Hornby.
Hold together with a strand of KidSilk Mohair or Suri Alpaca Flaum for luxuriously soft fabrics, or hold double for colourwork and marling projects in DK weight.
"Bunte Hunde " are colourways that are not (yet) part of our repeatable colours. These are often experiments, first-time colourways or 'one-hit-wonders'.
The colours are applied by hand or kettle-dyed in small batches. There are no dye lots. The dye is applied randomly, so no two skeins are exactly the same.
Please remember to alternate skeins when working on larger pieces of fabric.
